BazaarBhav Refund Policy
1. Service Interruptions
- If there is a disruption due to mobile network issues, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance, the delivery of messages or reports may be temporarily paused.
- We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations of data, analysis, or reports sent by us under any circumstances.
- Refunds will not be provided for service issues arising due to the customer's mobile network, data connection, or phone-related problems.
2. Subscription Withdrawal & Refunds
Registered customers can request to withdraw from the subscription at any time, subject to the following terms & conditions:
- a) Request Process: To initiate the withdrawal, it’s compulsory to send an email to us at:
payments.bazaarbhav@gmail.com.
After sending the email, please call our customer care team using the Contact Us option in the app to notify us.
- b) Registration Fee Deduction: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of refund.
- c) Service Charge Deduction: Depending on your subscription & service type, ₹5 to ₹50 per day will be deducted for the duration you used the service, calculated until the date we receive your email.
- d) Refund Process: The remaining balance, after applicable deductions, will be refunded via suitable payment methods within a maximum time period of 10-12 working days or as soon as possible.
3. Service Fee Adjustments
- BazaarBhav reserves full rights to either increase or decrease the yearly subscription charges for all its services.
